The team at Liberty Trail was so patient and polite in helping this RV newbie select her first travel trailer. My sales person Brandon took the time to answer my many questions and coordinated with the service and finance departments to meet my rather tight time frame. These guys provided the absolute best customer service. The process was smooth and easy. This was our first RV purchase and we could not have been in better hands. They were very experienced and helpful from start to finish. We threw multiple requests at them and we really felt like we received 1st class service. Customer service is not dead! These guys know what they are doing. Thank you Liberty Trail! We love our new Walkabout!!

These guys are great. Had an issue with a AC unit and they took care it. Scott was great. Definitely recommend these guys.

This review is for the service department. Scott is an excellent service advisor who is very honest and up front. The service department did an inspection of my travel trailer and identified several issues, provided me with extensive pictures, diagnosed issues, and gave me all of the information I needed to make informed decisions on the maintenance of my RV. Easily the best RV service experience I've had in the last 5 years.

Matt sold us a Rockford rv, did everything that was discussed and Joseph (rv tech) did very good job fixing stuff, 2nd time I bought rv from these guys I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!!!!
